Laser land leveling systems for agriculture

Precision That Levels Up Your Work.

AMALASER systems use a rotating laser to guide your scraper as you drive, so you can shape fields to a precise level or grade and help irrigation water reach every corner. Built for farmers and land leveling contractors.

  • Transmitter Sets one laser reference over the field
  • Receiver Reads the beam from the scraper mast
  • Control Guides blade height from the cab

01 Why laser leveling

Flat ground.
No guesswork.

When a field is uneven, water pools in the low spots and misses the high ones. AMALASER takes the guesswork out of leveling, so every pass works to the same exact target.

  • 01

One reference for the whole field

The laser projects a single, consistent reference plane across the work area. Every pass is measured against it, not judged by eye.

  • 02

    The blade follows the grade

As you drive, the system reads the beam and signals the hydraulics to raise or lower the scraper. It cuts high spots and fills low ones. confirm automatic / manual modes

  • 03

    Water goes where you intend

A level or evenly graded surface lets irrigation water advance uniformly across the field, with fewer waterlogged hollows and dry high ground.

  • 04

    Clear from the operator's seat

In-cab indicators show where the blade sits relative to grade, so the operator can concentrate on driving. confirm display & controls

Editor Accuracy, working range and any water or time savings will be added here once AMALASER supplies verified figures. No performance numbers are shown until then.

02 How AMALASER works

A laser line becomes a level field.

Four parts work as one loop: the transmitter sets the target, the receiver measures against it, the control box decides and the hydraulics act.

Laser land leveling system diagram A transmitter on a tripod at the right projects a horizontal laser plane across the field. A receiver on a mast attached to the scraper reads the beam. A control box in the tractor cab receives the signal and drives a hydraulic cylinder that raises or lowers the scraper so uneven ground on the left is cut and filled to the flat target grade. 04 Applications

Made for fields that run on water.

Laser leveling matters most where water moves across the surface. These are the jobs AMALASER is designed for.

How AMALASER helps: Levels each basin to a flat plane so standing water sits evenly from bund to bund.
  • Irrigation water flowing down long straight furrows in a prepared field at sunrise. Illustrative image

05 Why AMALASER

Equipment is half the job. Support is the other half.

A leveling system has to work on the day you need it. Here is what AMALASER offers beyond the hardware.

  • Installation & setup

Describe installation offer, e.g. fitting to the customer's tractor, hydraulic connection, first calibration

  • Operator training

Describe training, e.g. on-farm session, what's covered, any written guides or videos

  • Service & spare parts

Describe servicing, repair turnaround and parts availability

  • Coverage & local support

Regions served, service partners and how customers reach support

Editor Only list services AMALASER actually provides. Remove any pillar that doesn't apply rather than leaving it vague. Warranty terms belong here once confirmed in writing.

06 See it working

Don't take our word for it. Watch it work.

The best proof is your own ground. Book a demonstration to see the system set up and leveling soil, and get your questions answered in the field.

  • See the transmitter set up and the grade established
  • Watch the blade respond to the laser in real time
  • Ask about compatibility with your tractor and scraper

07 Frequently asked questions

Questions before you buy.

Straight answers on compatibility, setup and support. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.

Will AMALASER work with my tractor?

A laser leveling system connects to your tractor's hydraulics to control the scraper, so compatibility depends on your hydraulic setup and power supply.

Requirements: minimum hydraulic flow / pressure, remote valve, electrical supply

Include your tractor make and model in the enquiry form and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit.

Do I need a specific scraper or bucket?

State whether AMALASER supplies scrapers, which existing scrapers can be fitted, and any mounting requirements

If you already own a scraper, tell us its make and width and we'll advise.

How long does setup take in the field?

Each job starts by positioning the transmitter, setting the grade and checking the receiver height on the scraper. Typical time: minutes per setup

First-time installation on a tractor: duration & who carries it out

Is it difficult to operate?

The operator drives while in-cab indicators show the blade position against grade, so leveling no longer depends on judging the surface by eye.

Training provided, e.g. on-farm session at handover

What maintenance does the system need?

Manufacturer maintenance guidance: cleaning, battery care, storage, calibration checks and recommended intervals

What service and support is available after purchase?

Support channels, service locations, repair turnaround, spare parts and warranty terms

Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery regions, lead times and installation coverage

Add your location to the enquiry form and we'll confirm delivery and installation options for you.

How do I get a price?

Pricing depends on the configuration your tractor, scraper and fields need. Request a quote with a few details and we'll come back with a recommended system and price.
